Yes, we include in the price a skip bin if required and we use it while we are on site. Your home is left as it was when we leave, except you will have a beautiful new bathroom!
After you have accepted our quote we will arrange another appointment. This second visit is to a final check measure, discuss bathroom fixtures and tiles, and to answer any further questions you may have. We also take this time to review and sign the contract and home owners’ warranty with you and secure a start date for your renovations. Yes, we encourage you to do so. You best know your tastes and budget, and you may have a supplier that you have dealt with before. We can also give you details of our preferred suppliers if required. We will provide you with a ‘shopping list’ covering all the items you will need for your renovation, including dimensions and specifications as required.
There are many factors that affect the cost of your bathroom renovation, but they can be divided into two categories: building costs and fitting/fixture costs. The building cost includes all the trades, labour, building materials etc, the quotation we submit to you covers the building costs. Items such as tiles, accessories and bathroom fittings are the items you select for your project, so you will receive a quote from your preferred suppliers for this component. From our experience, the building costs start from around $15,000 per bathroom/ensuite; and the tiles, fittings and accessories for your project start from around $6,000 per bathroom. The price of the fittings depends on the items you choose, for instance, custom built cabinetry is more expensive than pre-made vanities. The average complete bathroom renovation costs between $20,000.00 to $25,000.00, a combined total of our building costs, fixtures, fittings, and tiles.
Brisbane Bathroom Renovations specialize in the complete bathroom renovation, we don’t carry out partial bathroom renovations. If you are wanting to replace your shower or bath, install a new vanity or replace a shower screen, unfortunately our company isn’t the right fit for your project.

For kitchens under $ 20,000.00 the deposit required is 10% and then the balance is paid on installation. For kitchens over $20,000.00 a deposit of 5% as required by law. Our bathroom renovations have the same deposit percentages but are subject to progress payments.
