Working with a builder needn’t be stressful or confusing

Our process applies to all our Services.

The first thing you should know about us when you call us, is that unlike many building companies, owner Bruce is not a salesperson. That means when you Contact Us you can relax, our priority is to understand your building project so that we can offer you honest advice about how we can assist you.

Enquiry

After discussing your ideas with you, we’ll arrange a consultation visit at your home (anywhere in Brisbane).

First meeting

At our first meeting, owner Bruce Parke will visit you at your home for a consultation to discuss your requirements, ideas, specific needs and budget. At Ascent Design & Build, we’ll listen to and discuss your requirements, initial ideas, options, and where possible indicate an approximate cost.

Design stage

Owner Bruce is a 3rd generation builder and draftsman. He will take your ideas and create a 3D plan using CAD technology. These detailed plans will include a quote . We’ll use these plans to obtain council approval (if required) and we’ll arrange a build start date.

Building stage

In most cases you will be able to live in your home while extensions or renovations are being done. Each builder and tradesperson will make every reasonable effort to minimise disruption to your living arrangements. We’ll also make sure that every worker on your build site takes care to leave their worksite clean and tidy both during and at the end of each day.
